Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Samples had 24 years of experience in the life insurance industry in positions ranging from staff accountant to chief financial officer, chief administrative officer, and director. |

| After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Davidson College, Mr. Postove entered the actuarial profession in 1976, where he became an Associate of the Society of Actuaries. Prior to joining the Firm, he was an independent software developer in the insurance industry. He has extensive experience in the design and development of insurance administrative systems, which serves him well as he oversees all IT and Model Office functions. |

| Victor Castellanos - Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer |
Mr. Castellanos was born in New York City and most recently owned a consulting company and agency. His prior experience includes Vice President of Hannover Life Reassurance Company of America, the 4th largest reinsurance company in the world and Senior Account Manager in New York City at Swiss Re, which is rated as one of the largest reinsurance companies in the world.
Mr. Castellanos is very passionate about his career in the Insurance industry; he has worked in many aspects of the Life and Health insurance business since 1986. His knowledge extends to dealing directly with insurance agents, brokers, managing general underwriters, auditors, actuarial firms, third party administrators, direct carriers, and reinsurance companies.
As a former business owner and insurance professional he understands the needs of our clients and the customer service level required to operate a successful business. Mr. Castellanos believes that our "clients ultimately pay our salaries" therefore, we must provide the highest quality service and add value to the relationship. |

| Mr. Anthony earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Florida State University in 1990. As a Fellow of the Life Management Institute, Mr. Anthony brings hard work and experience as the Human Resources Manager in our Home Office Support Section. Currently, he manages Human Resources, Electronic Imaging, Mailroom, and Reception. |

| Ms. Shaffer earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Insurance from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1985. She worked ten years for a large insurance company prior to joining the Firm in 1996. She is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute and an Associate, Customer Service. She is responsible for the Firm's TPA license renewals, reporting to state departments, monitoring regulatory developments, the Firm’s corporate insurance, filing policy forms, related administrative forms and premium adjustments, and overseeing continued compliance of our Firm’s administrative operations as the Compliance Manager of the Firm’s Administrative Corporate Support Department. |

| Mr. Grooms earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida in 1989. He comes from a long history of work with the life insurance accounting. He is a Certified Management Accountant and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute. Currently, Mr. Grooms oversees our firm's accounting, finance, and treasury functions for the Administrative Services Section. As the manager of our firm’s Finance Department, he also is experienced in the preparation of Statutory Annual Statements and the associated electronic filings. |

| Ms. Bosley earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 1993. She came to our firm after 9 years of insurance experience ranging from Customer Service, Policy Issue, Agent Licensing, Commission Accounting, Business Analysis, and Quality Testing. In addition to her experience, she is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute; a Health Insurance Associate; Associate Customer Service; Healthcare Customer Service Associate; Associate, Insurance Agency Administration; and Associate, Information Technology. Currently, as the manager of our firm’s Policy Administration Department within the Administrative Services Section, she is responsible for the customer service provided by the Health Division’s Policy Owner Service teams. |

She uses her experience and knowledge to support Policy Administration and as manager of our Consumer Affairs Department. |

Afterwards, she spent over 25 years in the Policyholders Service Department and Agency Department of a life insurance company and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute. Ms. Granger is responsible for customer service, policy issue, and claims for the life business as the manager of our firm’s Life Policy Administration Department. |

Currently, she is the manager of our firm’s New Business Department. |

| Ms. Schmidt joined our firm after 20 years of insurance industry experience for a large third party administrator. Her areas of expertise include inventory management and project consulting of daily operations, with proven results. Ms. Schmidt's primary accountability is to help implement and oversee the claims adjudication operation of our two largest Medicare Supplement clients. |

| Ms. Walters joined our firm after 13 years of policyholder services and claims adjudication experience. She oversees the claims adjudication functions for Medicare Supplement and other supplemental health insurance coverages as the Claims Manager of several large Medicare Supplement clients within the Administrative Services Section. |

| Ms. Howard-Wade earned her Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from Tennessee State University. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Howard-Wade specialized in the individual health and long term care markets, with emphasis in product interpretation, medical review, and customer and client relations. She oversees the daily operations and claims adjudication functions for all Long Term Care clients as the Assistant Manager of the Firm's Long Term Care Claims Section. |

Before joining our firm in 2006, he spent 14 years in the insurance industry in various management roles related to application development, document automation, customer service, and quality assurance. Currently, he manages the Applications area of the Information Technology Department including our firm's technical staff of programmers and analysts. |

He is also a certified Project Management Professional. He has 25 years of experience with various areas of IT infrastructure, and currently manages our IT Systems Department. |
