In addition to the state insurance departments, IAS continues to review the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for any federal changes impacting our insurance business and our clients.
Our process involves frequent review of regulations nationwide, in 51 jurisdictions for life, accident, Medicare Supplement, and health insurance products. We provide comprehensive, up-to-the minute regulatory monitoring and keep your products compliant in any states in which they are sold. We will update your forms to current regulatory specifications and do so in a timely manner. We have access to multiple legal teams, and we subscribe to regulatory monitoring organizations such as the ACLI and AHIP. We are trained to handle all your needs.
Because we work with a wide variety of clients, we often process multiple filings at a time, allowing us to efficiently keep all of our partner companies in compliance simultaneously. In 2010 alone, we processed over 3,000 filings.
