• Premium billing: We provide all types of premium billing including ACH processing (electronic funds transfer), direct billing, group list bills, and government allotments.

• Premium collection: Our premiums are collected through bank lock boxes and remote deposit capture, so no matter where your bank is located, you will receive same-day credit for the premium deposits.

• Treasury administration: We can administer all of your treasury activity, complete timely bank reconciliations every month, and perform daily positive pay on all accounts to guard against fraudulent checks.

• Data feeds: We will provide you with data in our preset format or create a specialized format which caters to your needs so you can put the data right into your system – whichever works for you.  Data feeds can be provided on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis – all depending on your needs. 

• Your Bank: We will work with all major banks and all funds are deposited in your bank account.  Funds are never co-mingled with other accounts.

• Full-service reinsurance accounting:  We are equipped to handle everything including quota share treaties, individual sessions, single and multiple reinsurers, and specialized reinsurance on both Life and Health insurance products.

• All our blocks of business are reinsured. We have more than 25 years of experience working with many different major reinsurance carriers.

• Data extracts: We produce specialized data extracts for reinsurance carriers whenever requested – we can customize our reporting to accommodate your specific needs.
